December Urban Hands: First Baptist Church Springfield, VA
Christmas Party 2006
Saturday, December 16 First Baptist Church of Springfield invited kids in City Gate's after-school program to a wonderful Christmas party at their church's location. Youth from First Baptist along with youth minister Darren Mooney and other adult volunteers provided games, crafts, cookie decorating, Christmas dinner, and presents for everyone. City Gate kids were thrilled with all the fun things to do, and loved their presents (even the useful ones, like shoes)! Thanks to all from First Baptist who helped our kids have a very, Merry Christmas.
